Returns and Exchanges


How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, then just let us know and we’ll make it easy. Any item can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@airborneqm.com and we will coordinate with you.
  • Refunds will include the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales taxes you paid.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded unless we shipped you something by mistake. You should not have to pay for our error.
  • When returning an item, please include the following:
    • Original invoice
    • Item being returned in new, unused, undamaged condition.
    • Let us know if you want to exchange the item or want a refund.
  • Custom items are not eligible for refund (i.e., custom regimental colors with fringe or battalion-specific numbering added).
